What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Payments. No cash or checks. 

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, please click here for order tracking.  You will need to have an account in order to access order tracking. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one on the order tracking page.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington DC. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How do you ship?

We typically ship via USPS, but will use Fed Ex or UPS as needed.

What’s your policy on returns and exchanges?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, it’s an option on our checkout page for $7. Gift orders are enclosed in a lovely box tied with ribbon and wrapped in tissue paper.

Are gift certificates available?

We're sorry, but at this time gift certificates are not available.  

How do I know my order was received?

You should have received an order confirmation email upon completion of your order.  If unsure, please email us at customerservice@frolicstyle.com

How do I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an order shipped email once your order has processed and has been shipped.
